X.O Thai Green Curry Paste Green Curry is the only native curry to Thailand. This curry paste is made from only the natural ingredients. Cooking Ingredients 50 grams "X.O" Curry Paste, 400ml coconut milk, 2tsp fish sauce, 400g beef/chicken/prawns, bamboo strips, and thai rice. Cooking Instructions 1. Stir-fried curry paste with 200ml coconut milk until mixture is oily, 2. Add meat and rest of coconut milk, cook untill meet is tender. Now add bamboo shoot and some vegetables. 3. Flavour with fish sauce / salt / sugar as required and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Finish by adding kaffir lime leaves and serve warm with thai rice.
