Enjoy the rich taste and authentic flavours of Mae Ploy Panang Curry Paste, as used in many Thai restaurants.

Cooking Instructions
1. Stir fry 50g Panang curry paste with 200g coconut milk, then add another 200g coconut milk and heat until boiling. (For a milder flavour, halve the quantity of paste).
2. Add 350g meat and 100g water and continue cooking until the meat is tender.
3. Sprinkle with kaffir lime leaves and green chillies and taste before seasoning.
