An Exotic Ready-To Cook Malaysian Dry Curry Sauce with Roasted Grated Coconut, Galangal, Lemon Grass and Spices. Traditionally cooked with Beef.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat 10ml oil a pan and brown 500g diced Chicken or Beef. Add Brahim's Rendang Sauce with 250ml (1 cup) water.
2. Simmer on a medium heat for 20 minutes or until meat is tender.

Ingredients: Water, Roasted Grated Coconut, Onion, Coconut Milk (10%), Palm Oil, Galangal (6%), Lemon Grass(4%), Chilli, Ginger, Salt, Sugar, Tamarind, Garlic, Modified Tapioca Starch, Tumeric Leaves, Star Anise, Cardamom, Cloves , Cinnamon.
